​2023 - 2024 Season

​

The choir launched this season with a Concert Tour in Italy to mark their 25th anniversary: 

• On September 10, 2023, the choir performed at the Villa Marconi in Ottawa as special guests and to perform all the repertoire for the Italian tour.

• On September 27, 2023, the choir performed at the Savoia Theatre in Campobasso, Italy

• On September 30, 2023, the choir performed at the Sanctuary of Madonna del Carmine, Montiglio Monferrato, Italy

• On October 1, 2023, the choir performed at the Church of Christ the Worker, Rome, Italy

 

On December 15, 2023, the choir performed a Christmas Concert at St. Mary's Church in Navan, 3480 Trim Road with soprano Cara Gilbertson.

 

On December 8, 2023, the choir performed a Christmas Concert at Woodroffe United Church with guests:

• the Atlantic Voices choir

• Mezzo soprano Pauline Van Der Roest

• the Capital City Trombone Quartet

• Brent Ferguson on trumpet.

2022 - 2023 Season 

​

On Friday, December 2, 2022, the choir performed a Christmas Concert at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church in Winchester with special guest the Capital City Trombone Quartet (formerly the Trom Bros Brass Quartet.)

On Friday, December 9, 2022, the choir was joined for their Annual Christmas Concert, "Songs of Joy", by the Cumberland Community Singers and the Capital City Trombone Quartet. This concert raised $500 for the Ottawa Food Bank.

On Sunday, December 11, 2022, the choir was the guest at the Cumberland Community Singers Concert, "That Winter's Night"

On Sunday, May 7, 2023, the choir held a concert in the Navan-Vars United Church. With several members strongly connected to Navan, the hometown crowd was a treat. Pat the MC was an entertaining addition to the evening, and the Navan Trio were guest musicians.

On Friday, May 26, 2023, the choir will again be performing at City View United Church. At this spring concert, "Primavera", they will be joined by the Capital City Trombone Quartet as well as Mezzo Soprano, Michelle Dawson and Violinist, Ghislain Granger.

 

2021 - 2022 Season

 

As we emerge gradually from COVID restrictions, the season progressed steadily, finally without face masks. Our Christmas Concert at our home base at the Calvary Christian Reformed Church on Merivale Road in December 2021 was a success and enjoyed by all who attended.

A successful Spring 2022 Concert took place in May 2022 at the City View United Church in Nepean. The evening of music was titled "For Life".

 

2020 - 2021 Season

 

Due to COVID-19 no concerts were held.

OCMC recorded a virtual Christmas song for Christmas 2020 and another in June 2021.

 

2019 - 2020 Season

 

On Sunday, October 20, 2019, the Choir had a sold-out concert at St. Mary's Anglican Church in Navan.

On Saturday, December 7, 2019, our concert was at Villa Marconi Long Term Care Centre.

On Friday, December 13, 2019, our Annual Christmas Concert with guest Choir "The Spirit Of The Streets Choir" and Soprano Soloist Emili Losier, Trumpet Brent Ferguson with String Quartet Phosphor was held at Woodroffe United Church.

On April 8, 2020, our concert performed at Kemptville Retirement Living.

Subsequent performances were suspended due to the COVID-19 lock down.
